Shaft log hose size???

Post by no1fishhead »

Does anyone out there know the hose (ID) size for a 1981 31 bertram shaft log??? It appears to be original and I need to replace it but I can't get to the boat to measure it. What type of hose is this??? Thanks

Do you have dripless ?
I'm not sure but indecision may or may not be my problem.

It's around 2 1/2" ID but best way is to remove it and measure it. That's what I did with mine. A lot of guys like the new dripless ones . You may want to consider those. I'm running the standard with Gortex almost no drip packing , GFO is the brand name

Hope this helps.
