Orange Beach Trip

Post by Bob H. »

Just got back from a great trip to Orange Beach, Alabama. The Babb-Higgins family fish slaying team had one heck of a day. Chartered the Necessity with Capt Ben Fairey at the wheel, mates Tom and Ro out back. Filled the boxes in short order and check out the 26 pound snapper Harrys' daughter Angie pulled over the rail. Babb family is tops in my book, next day had a fish fry down the river...Life is good. BH

The pics above only begin to represent the friendship and brotherhood made possible thru our "Sand Box" here on Bertram31.com.

We really had a good time.......the pics only tell part of the story.

Thanks for including us in your vacation time.

One of these years we will drag some Snapper over the rail of DeNada

Great catch guys. I was at Calypso Joes sipping margaritas 2 weeks ago just 50' from where your pics were taken.
They got a lot of nice Bertrams in the marina.... but no 31's

Harry,
Get the DeNada in the water and change that equation.

Well that looks like it was a hoot. There is no hospitality like southern hospitality.

You meet the best people in this little sand box.
