Come on now.
I thought the 31 was the best boat ever built.

Able to handle anything thrown at her.

Don't tell me Timmy's been right along................

That is the offshore forecast. Inshore and dockside has a beautiful forecast. Low 80's slight wind afternoon chance of thunder storms.

it was 8 to 10 in panama and i thought it was flat.....and i'm supossed to have ocean savy....i lived on the pacific for 6 years and have spent some time in hawaii......and i never saw a swell period that huge.......it was like the boat was going slightly uphill....then slightly down .....probably wont be like that in the north atlantic...

Your weather pattern will be from the effects of Tropical Storm BERYL....

Probably be a sloppy ride for you Guys coming from the north. Good luck!

Late Thurs-Friday looks like the surf will be up at Montauk! Still need to send my TSL pics with You and Achilles with your boards under the sign...

I looked at some bouy data. Doesn't look toooo bad for Friday. It does look like a NE wind so the guys from LI will have the nicer ride. The ICW from Manasquan is a nice trip; but I am headded to the ocean tomorrow AM. I don't know what the ICW is like from Cape May; but I hear is has lots of bridges.

IT'S A HORROR STORY from Cape May I'll take my chances on the open water...don't look bad anyway.

Well, my bags are packed and I'm ready to go. To AC! Just have to go down and get some food and water at the General Store.
the weather looks good for the Yankees on Thursday-- that's when we are steaming South. Me and "Windstar". We intend to do some fishing en route and will be casting off at first light. I'd leave before that but there are too many crab traps just out side the boat basin. Can't see 'em in the dark and they're below the radar screen.
I have a lobsta diner on order for Saturday night. If per chance I don't show up, the diner goes to the "Last Man Standing" from Friday's Drinking Contest.

Oh, I gotta' tell you. Adding to all the things that make the "Irish Wake" the fastest 31 east of Brooklyn, we now have HighProfomace spark plugs. Speed and proformance-- that's this yrs theme. It's a bird, it's a plane, it's a BERTRAM.
