The real solution, though, is good fuel housekeeping. Fuel should be purchased from a reliable source and stored in tanks that are not old, rusty or contaminated with dirt or water.
I stopped reading at that point because the author apparently doesn't live in the real world.

Good advice is advice that solves problems in real world terms, not in the land of unicorns.
