I have a Faria Synchronizer on another boat that has been on it for more than 15 years. Good gauge. I don't know about their combo gauges though.

I've never been a fan of Faria guages.

Limited choice though if your looking for 4 in 1 cluster.

Seperate gauges and all ISSPRO would be my choice...

russ i have the singe faria in my boat, there not the greatest, if i had to change them out i would go with the isspro

and I'm partial to VDO - they have worked well for me in many applications and the service is top notch. I had VDO alternator pickup tachs on AJ and they were problems but way out of warranty. Talked to the VDO rep at the Miami boat show years ago and he said their alternator pickup tachs had a problem they had fixed, but the magnetics were a lot better for my Cummins. I asked how much a pair would cost and he said "what you say if I told you we gonna give the whole set up to you free?"...hmmm, being the well mannered Southern boy that I is, "I'd say thank you"...and they came a week later, the pickups, the tachs, all brand new with a personal note with some tips for installing and using the wiring from the alternators. They have worked flawlessly ever since.

Hard to argue with that kind of service.

What about Cruz Pro. I know hard to find in the States but they look interesting especial the digital fuel guage.

I used VDO Ocean which fit in the original holes and work great.

Patrcik, yeah, I plead guilty. On the other hand, it does come in handy now and then, like this morning when the "Service Advisor" from the Mercedes place called to tell me that the warranty was not gonna cover the $60 power door lock actuator that went out on the Bride's one month old GL 450 because.......it had evidence of a "Foreign Substance" on the switch....".Yeah", I said, "I shot a puff of Corrosion X on the switch after the damn thing quit working, hoping to fix it and save me and you the trouble of bringing it in.."....he asked what was CX so I figured it was time to spring into action..."Listen, kid, go tell your boss I'm a goddam lawyer and I'm gonna sue the dog-s**t outta y'all over the $60 door solenoid if you try to make my pay for it"....silence. ...."one moment, sir".....later....."uhhhhh, okay, we'll pay for it, but just this once"...bye.

Mikey - like your VDOs.....and agree the multi gagues are maybe the enemy of good.....one caution about the Cummins plastic VDO panels tho, the sun will eat 'em. My originals cracked up and Dr. Ricky gave me his that he'd removed the gagues from. I had a Stamoid cover made that snaps over the instrument panels and wheel to keep the sun off.

Yes on covering everything when not in use. I put a towel (too cheap for a fitted cover) over the gauges, GPS/fish-finder, radio, throttles and wheel. Not pretty but it does the job and keeps inquisitive eyes off.

Painted the dash, and powder coated the inset to match the other exterior metal.
