Yep, that is 2part 2lb density pu foam underneath...
Don't think the pink core is your fridge foam though. Very stiff and strong laminate, lightweight too... cut the deck out in one 5'x8' piece. Doesn't flex, and I'm able to lift it in & out of the boat on my own.
Also very resistant to water absorbtion. Had a few old fastener holes in the deck that weren't fully patched and holding water for
years. The water didn't make it more than 1/8" into the core from the holes.
Seems like good stuff to me.
Boat is my little Sidewinder custom flatsboat, deck built by Chris Moorjohn down here in Islamorada. Just got done cutting her head off to jerk the fuel tank out. Good fun and whatnot.
