My 1969 FBC Project "E. KING GILL" has been dragging it's feet. I decided to hand over the major fiberglass work and maybe some painting to a pro....still hoping to float it again in 2010.

Cummins temporaily installed....

Looks like you doing it right....like the engine beds. Do I understand the stb. transom outlet outboard of the exhaust is for the a/c pump water? If so, never seen it done that way, but like it a lot vs. thru the side....mirrors the genset exhaust.

Keep plugging, you doing good.

Fishlook,
Sure! jack with the blind guy! I was trying to figure out what the hell was going on with this post last night, and, finally, to my rescue, McKinney explained the pic. Good one...Paybacks are hell...that includes you, "Coolbreeze" Matt. Fishlook, I know a great glass guy down in your area if you need some help, Paco Duran, you might have heard of him. Let me know and I'll put you in touch.

Matt,
Getting closer!
Here's a list:
install helm chair
install fighting chair
install transducer
build fiberglass floor for tower's upper station
completely rig upper station...antennas, mounting electronics, helm pump, run wires from down below, mount running lights

That's all I have left to do before dropping her in. After that, at a later date, we need to mount the swim platform, build a bow rail, and have the enclosure made. We're going to wait on that stuff entill spring.
The engines are running fine and the filters are already primed and ready to go. Go take a look around her and give me a buzz, and let me know what you think.
Later, Matt.
John.
