swim platform

Post by wlbsr »

anyone have any experience with Glass-tech or care to comment on other manufacturers? Looking for fiberglass with all hardware and well vented. Would love someone to save me some time that has already done the research and shopping. Glass-tech knows the size for a 31 already which is a plus.

I thought their decks were balsa cored. I'd check to find out if their swim platform was too. Given it's constant exposure to water, I would hope not, for there will be inevitable seepage from a fitting/screwhole/or stress crack.

Try beachcomber fiberglass. Good quality work.
I installed the platform on POPS TOY, 52' Hatt and it fit real nice.

Good luck,

I got mine from Glass-tech about nine years ago. Very solid. No issues so far. I think mine is balsa cored, but they may have changed that by now.
