Am considering rub rail styles now for my B25 bahia mar project.
For a previous refit (on a different B25) I used 1" stainless bull nose and it turned out great.
I have an option of getting some aluminium rub rail w/the same profile as the original OEM.
Any tips on bending this stuff (especially the 90 @ the stern corners) ?
Is there a tool available or do I make up a jig ?
Your input is appreciated.

I put a much nicer rail on the last 25 I had here, white PVC with stainless insert, occupied the same footprint, easy to bend yourself, no jigs required.
Standard taco parts that you can get at your local supplier if you are interested in that look. Does not protrude AS far, but it makes the boat look so much nicer.
