It's a small thing but after 7 months of ownership
and replacing all the bilge pumps, replacing the batteries, fixing the fresh water tanks (yes, 6 months and holding...) - repainting the cockpit covering boards, replacing the curtains and upholstery, replacing the transducer, repacking the stuffing boxes, fixing the idle problems, replacing several engine hoses.
I finally have a dry bilge.
Now that it's supposed to get cooler, I can actually replace my circa 1986 electric panel [yes, I have been carrying extra fire extinguishers, have not used the boat much cause it's been so freakin hot]
So that's next on the list along with adding some battery isolaters and cleaning up some old wiring.

New Fridge, new sinks and faucets, refinish all interior wood, replace all door, hinge, hook hardware, replace bimini.
It's been huge fun and will be a fun, economical and reliable boat.
Of course, it's always cheaper to find one that is already done.

The fridge is an isotherm CR130 with ASM. It's an awesome upgrade.

In the springtime, I'll have some photos of the much improved boat. Right now, this is all I've got http://www.rollies.me/49.html Mine is under the big blue tarp!
