replacment Gas tank

I have to bite the bullet and replace my tank this winter.
I have a 75 31 and need a price on a replacment alum tank 225 gal I figure about $1,800 for the tank is that close? Any one doing a good job
up here in the North east?

This thing has been beat to death so I am sorry if you have already made up your mind, but I recommend Nautic Marine in Florida for SS. Coast Gaurd approved, not effected by ethanol like Aluminum and fibreglass. Call Doug, He will be very helpful. 954-563-9932

Where is up here? I got mine from S&P Sheet metal in Toms River, NJ. Seems like the do them all up here. I got it through Carver's in Point Pleasant and they put it in. Are you going to put yours in yourself? It's a pretty big job. Just getting the old one out of the boat is a project in itself.
