Looking for some advice. I just bought a new repacement bridge cover. Antone have any pointers for a system or methodology to lace a new one on? See pix of old one;

I have been using tie wraps for years now. They do not shrink or discolor. Also, you can replace them individually to adjust tension.

I would re-lace, using polyester braid. The poly won't stretch like nylon does. Cable wraps are ok, but a few years in the sun can cause them to become brittle.
