HTS-2000 Aluminum repair

I've got a 17' Klamath tin boat that has developed corrosion in the bottom. I was thinking about blasting it inside and out and using Aluma Protect to seal it.

Then I saw the HTS-2000 website and saw this product repairing holes in a soda can! I'm wondering if anyone has used this, and if so, whaddaya think? It looks good to me, but then I eagerly paid $5 to see the "Man With Two Noses" just to find out he was previously "Attila the Sword Swallower" and had had an accident...
