Congrats on the quick bounceback Tim. What vintage is that 32? Sounds like an old gal.
You may miss that deeeeeeeep vee, but at least you'll be out on the salt.
Tim's and Hatt's, guess thats how that goes...

I think Hatt made that only for a few years, late 70's or early 80's. It was there shot at the smaller market and it never really worked for them. How does it ride?

You Tim's are funny guys...
hate to say this but it rides better then my 1972 betrram 28 did also does not rock.
I Think maybe this observation is based on three factors:
1) Your new hatt has got a much larger "footprint" than the old hyena...
2) The helm (and tower station) is much further aft on the hatt, leading to a softer ride for the capt... ask the guy down in the head or vberth how good she's riding in a 6' headsea.
3) She's your new baby, and you want her to meet and/or exceed your expectations...
All that said, she is a good, honest lookin vessel. Not too many of them around, much,much better looking than the flybrige version on the same hull. Hope you have alotta fun on her.
Oh, and the only boat that "does not rock" is a boat on the hard... sure she rocks less than the hyena... not a bertrams strong point.
