Nice work....you might considr painting the port hole frames black to blend in with the stripe...the white plastic frames sort of stick out. When I had my B20 Bahia, the proportions of the black stripe are harder than you first think.....our daughter is an artist and sketched it out in 15 seconds.

I noticed you removed the windshield. I'm in the process of starting a restoration on a 69 20 bahia mar. Any problems with spray? I'll post some photos as soon as a family member walks me through the process. Wish I was more computer savy.

Spray is not an issue for us. In the summer heat of the Gulf Coast a little spray is nice. We don't get much spray unless we are trying to push the throttle in heavy seas. We are going to get a plastic windshield made for the winter-time runs when the water and air are cold. I like the look of our top and handrail without the windshield.

We are going to get a plastic windshield made for the winter-time runs when the water and air are cold.
If you're going to do snaps into the aluminum tower frame, be sure to use TefGel to isolate the dissimilar metals...
