DQ,Hey Guys,
Can somebody post the ph# to the flophouse so I can get a room.
Thanks, DQ
Let me know if you are able to get a room or not. The way things are looking right now, I may have to cancel my plans to attend. Major car repairs and boat problems are sucking up more funds than I have available at the moment. If you can't get a room, maybe we can work out something between me you and the Bambooshka.

I'm resonably sure you were in Ric's death mobile, being transported back to the contest, after your flight was canceled. Even if you MIGHT have been at the site of the debacel, you probably would have beed disqualified as you volintarily left the field of battle. Now I'm willing to be overruled by his eminence, UV, but barring a reprive your claim has no merit...............

As I remember it, Ric took Mike to the airport and me & you stayed at the Casa Blanca bar drinking clears. Ric comes back, we drink more clears, then Ris's cell rings. Mike's flight is cancelled due to snow in NYC. Ric leaves to go fetch Mike. Me & you have some more clears. They come back. You are sitting on the high bar stool to my left, Ric & Mike on stools around the corner of the bar to my right. We have more clears, then THUDDDDDDDD you hit the deck on your back. People rush over to help, I have my bare left foot on your heart, feel a beat. Tell the crowd you are OK, he does this all the time. Crowd leaves, bar maids carefully step over your prone body. I called for the chalk shortly thereafter. Ric & Mike never shut up talking, I was the only one looking out for your well being. Forget how we got your fat ass up the steps to the Flophouse. Not as ugly as the time you insulted the waitress down the street who's husband was a beat cop and suddenly showed up with his billy stick.

I'm afraid that my dim rememberance of the event is similar to UV's. So the question UV does the proff's claim have any merit, or is he just another interloper trying to ride on your shadow of greatness??
Timmy,
If you are going to the Flophouse, you can redeem yourself?, so hurry and get in shape. You still have time. I think I can get some gambling odds going on this. But were only talking about SECOND PLACE now.

Yea, oak bluffs was a good pre event for me, but since then we've been so busy , I've gotten out of my training program, guess I'll need to get back at it, or find guys that are much less adept than UV. Big doug, and the proff spring to mind. Tehy are pushovers. Trankel has to much practice(if I was married to his wife I would too, either that or be in Jail for taking her chuncking for mako) but I'm sure he'll be dead soon, as he doesn't seem to ever come up for air. That would be a good match(if UV wasn't assured of being victorius) UV vs Tranklel.....

I believe that Trankel and I shared a victory at the Montauk party. At some point we just looked at each other and realized that we were the last two left standing.
I admit that several dry months have left me somewhat out of practice, but in my day I was a contender......at least on the amateur circuit.

Mike:
I don’t know that Montauk was the amateur circuit. As I recall we had all the “heavy hitters†in attendance. I seem to recall UV falling out of contention quite early in the night. Timmy fell from view after saving Andre’s Bride from a nasty fall. (That’s pretty much my first dealing with Thudd. You kind of remember the first time a stranger spills a drink all over you. ) I may have to head down there just to see if I still have at chances at second place.

Oh what a night.........
I remember it well and Timmy did save Laura from a nasty fall, she's not used to such tides as you guys have. One foot is alot for us.
It would be quite a contest, Scott and UV. But Mike and Scott were winners that night.

I'm not sure but indecision may or may not be my problem.
