I'm in Montauk fishing a tournament on a friends boat in a Regulator vs Contender shoot out, well one of the guys blew the tournament open wieghing in a 535 pound giant...and we brought White marlin gear!...kinda bringing a knife to a gun fight! I tried to contact a 31 Bert with a tower out at the Fish tails yesterday but don't know what the local chanels are.

Jimmy-Montauk local channel is 19. You had a beautiful day to fish Saturday. I limited out on Striped Bass and bluefish. My marina buddy who went offshore Friday night came back on Saturday with an 80 lb Swordfish and a 120 pound Bigeye. If you saw a Blue 31 trolling around the Point, it was me. Walter

the #s are 41*04.83-71*14.69 you are going to need live bluefish or porgies and 130 class rods these fish are huge. My friend lost two on sunday and 1 on sat nite all the fish ate bluefish that were free swimming 70 to 100 feet down. make sure you have your permits the nmfs is watching and following up on what they hear on the radio.

Brewster,

I met you at Jacksons earlier this year and I wanted to thank you for the tour of the boat and for answering all of the questions i had regarding the green stick operation. I saw you out at the dip a couple of times this year. Thanks again for the tutorial.
