Serenity NOW!!!!
I hate to say it, but I am in a much better mood now that the boat is in the water for the season, and yes, an entire week and a half before striper season. This photo was taken on a warm October day last year after I floated all day (no wind) on a friend's racing sailboat near our home in Annapolis. I got home and had to take her out to stretch her legs...serenity now!!!
Any of the local faithful who might be interested in fishing this Saturday are welcome to join me. Weather permitting, I hope to go on a pre-season striper scouting mission.

That is a PERFECT shot of that boat. Enjoy her this Summer.
Growing up my Dad had both a cruiser and a sportfisherman. We both like the SF better. Had a full length Canvas for the really cold December Cod trips. Now, as soon as Carl is finished doing his magic, we will see what the Bahia Mar is all about as well. A Trifecta, or The holy trinity to some.....

Guys-
Thanks for the complements. Caught some nice fish over by John F.'s side of the bay on Sunday.
I have the above photo and 2 others (taken during the same shoot- straight on from the bow and a side shot) in 18"x20." This is the standard size that you get from Boatpix.com.
Tommy-
Unfortunately my hull # does not confirm much beyond the sportfish configuation of the boat (XXXXX-1134). It is titled and documented as a 1973, however I had the smaller fuel tank, which supposedly was switched over by then. Perhaps I have a late '72 model or the last small fuel tank out of the pile as they started building the '73 model. Besides the glasstek deck, fuel tank and electronics, I have maintianed the original look of the boat. I think you said in a prior post several years ago that your SF model was repowered with Yanmar 315's. I don't mind running the 454's considering I don't take it off shore, however the 315's sure would be sweet. Maybe someday!
