This being Veteran's Day..

Just a quick note from a grateful and proud citizen, who wants to thank all of you who served in our military! It seems as if pretty much every generation or so we have to call some of our best and brightest to defend us. Thank you.. one and all!

I met a bunch of the wounded wariors last year when they were down here for a a bike run. I was not sure what Kind of an escort my boss was asking me to do but when I arrived and realized what I was doing it was very cool. They road their bikes down certain parts of the keys like on the 7 mile bridge. One of the guys had a hand injury so he was in some pain at one of the rally points. We were going to try wrapping his hand to support it but he tried on a pair of my tight fitting "black gloves" and it did the trick. It made me feel real good helping him out. It was a good day.

FAITHFUL, our military continues to perform admirably. This has been a long hard mission, but it never fails to amaze me about the outstanding young, dedicated, and brave men and women we have serving in our military service. I am most proud to continue to serve with them and know that they come from all of your neighborhoods, townships, and cities. You would be amazed and equally proud to see them accept the tremendous responsibility and challenge of military duty. They make us all proud. All the best. r/ Roland

Roland...

When I first started this string, I meant to say veterans and active duty personnel.. so, to you, who I have never met but for whom I have profound respect.. as well as to any other active duty defenders of our freedom and way of life who may read this.. a personal and sincere THANK YOU!
