I just got an email from Danny at High Tide Marine and he says they are close to producing a 165 gal. fiberglass tank, but needs a volunteer to send him down a 190 gal tank out of a B28. I'm not quite ready yet, but if any one is near ready to tear out their older 190 gal tank, Danny would like to have it to use as a mold. His fabricator says they are producing tanks that would take 100% ethanol.
I didn't get any quotes so I do not kow if it is cost effective.

Dick,
I have the same issue with my 1983 B28. But I don't want to cut out the old tank (I still have some "good" gas in it) until I have a replacement....
I've talked with or emailed at least 15 B28 owners in the same situation. Surely SOMEBODY either has the tank's dimensions and/or is fabricating them....
