Any idea who's 31 this is/was?

I ran across this this image while scanning some of my old medium format black and white negatives. Based on my notes, I took this picture in late summer of 2006 at the Timber Point East Marina (Great River, NY), the same marina where I currently dock my boat. Since I live nearby, this was one of the places where I came to test cameras that I bought on Ebay.

At the time, I wasn't particularly interested in power boats except as interesting subjects for photographs, so I didn't know what I was looking at and did not take down her name or get view of her transom.
