31' Bahia Mar for sale on Cape Cod

Hey guys I came across this Bahia Mar and I figured I would post it if someone knew anyone looking for a 31'. I have seen this boat in person and it has been sitting on the hard in storage for a while. The boat is located right down the street from me at a locked self storage place so I could take a look at it if anyone is interseted.

Boat is located in South Yarmouth at the Lockup Self Storage facility I believe. I have seen the boat in there for several years now.
