I have two of these that are broken and I would like to replace. - Keeping the windows for now

Do you need all of this or does the screw flip? So you cant tighten? If that Ill send you the screws.

Thanks snipe - I was obviously looking under the wrong search terms - This will do for now. Mine has basically corroded to the point of disintegrated
