The wood working shop is the one who is really filing the lien.
For anyone's information the 31 in question is just a blimp on their radar screen. You could put most of not all of the Bertram factory in the lumber warehouse, they are just trying to clean up the shop. They could care less about buying a fiber glass boat at night!
