Engine hatch side panels

The side panels inboard of the engine hatches, Does anyone know how these are attached so i can take them out?

The ones in the companion way that the box sits on. They should have screws holding them in if original. If they were changed out and you can not see any screw heads, then remove the step and see if they were set up to just lift out. Thats what I did on mine.

shit, meant outboard. they are like 4 or so inches wide and the flat edge of the engine hatch sits on them. not the panels on either side of the step down. Those panels on mine are just lift outs

Mine have a flange which slides behind the down-turned part of the gunwale. They are held in place by four or five #10 machine screws along the side and a couple of self-tapping screws at the fore and aft ends. Once you remove the screws you can twist the panel toward the midships.

What Peter said.

After you take out the screws, just lift and turn the bottom inboard and you can pull them right out.
