Here is a new system for checking on thing via an app. Check on Batterys, bilge pumps engines etc.

Its pricey but looks pretty robust.

I’ve been using https://www.monnit.com/ for 5 seasons across 2 boats now, much less expensive and easy to setup and use. I monitor temperatures - three places in the cabin and one in the bilge/engine room - and have an AC power sensor to monitor separate 120V shore power for engine room heaters. The cellular gateway itself monitors standard shore (or gen) AC power just plugged in but it also has battery backup to continue monitoring/alerting…
