Porsche makes a 4X4..... Can the Porsche minivan be far behind?

Market share is the path to liquidity.

The traditional inboard manufacturers are adding that as another outlet for them. Viking took a different approach and started a new company and is building a center console under the name Valhalla. I believe it is built only up the street from Viking Yachts. The new plant is in Egg Harbor City in NJ.

Resisting the trend is not wise. I like it, I much prefer it to those huge expensive inflatables.

PS: if this is meant to be primarily a fishing boat, why did they put in a double bed? Could two fishermen smelling of fish guts sleep side by side?

Cause the other half of the equation for many is getting the wife to say ok.

I used to fish on a customers/friends boat where the interior was all white leather, white rug...white! He'd toss and a runner from cockpit to the galley and a couple old sheets were put down in the salon for guys to crash on. Had a head outside in the mezzanine...
On the ride back in...guys slept everywhere, side by side, across...looked like the valentines days massacre.

Only has triples. Things don't get silly until there are at least 5 or 6 outboards hanging off the transom!
