Does anyone a dimension for the Output Coupling (flange) seal for a ZF 220A? Hoping to get a seal from Motion Industries...

I have not pulled it yet to get a number off of the existing seal -- and I cant find a number on line. I did find dimensions on a blog -- hoping someone in this group can verify...

Found them at a local bearing shop. $6.00 vs $90.00 from ZF. Pays to shop around...

I learned my lesson when I bought a $19 o-ring from Cummins. I took it to Motion Industries to see if they could match it. I told them how much I paid and they started laughing and threw a handful at me -- 14 cents a piece

One of my 1st CNC's had a tach generator that required 4 carbon brushes. Little ones about 3/16 x 3/8 and maybe 3/4" long.

Anyway, I was having an issue holding Rpm so called the manufacturer who said I most likely needed new brushes...ok, send them to me. He says $110.00. Wow, you gotta be kidding me I can buy brushes for $5.00 each, what's so special about these...he says he wasn't sure, maybe the composition. But if I use another set of brushes the armature is 1400....
Alright I'm over the barrel, send em to me and ship Red, he says oh, by the way you need 4 @$110 each.

I was new to the game and went for it...it worked. But the next time I needed I bought the $5.00 each ones and they worked too.

Buyer beware.

Then again sometimes it's nice to just have the part with you before you disassemble so it can all go right back together then try to run around and save a few bucks. AND they know that.
