Perfect
Re: Summer '19 survival skills
I see your really roughing it Yannis!
Dishes like that are perfect on a boat under the sun with a lite breeze.
I love the name of the beer...some days that will surely Fix what ails me.
Thanks for sharing.

Ok, you did it.
I'm hungry now for good food and all I have is a crappy bagel and coffee

Re: Summer '19 survival skills
Carl,
this summer was ONLY Bertram weather. A lot of wind, once it marked 53 knots inside the port, on the handheld meter!
Nevertheless, your suggestion is still true!
BTW, Fix was a family of Bavarian brewers who came to Greece in the mid 1800's and established the first large scale brewery. It now belongs to the Carlsberg family.
Tony,
By all means, if you can make it, I'll be your chef!
Thanks, Mike.
Ktm,
you finish your boat and then, you'll see, you'll also start being ...clever!!Ha, ha!!

53 knot wind is a bit sporty...even for a Bertram.

Yannis,
I'm hungry now. Send some leftovers. It's not that easy being as chef on a boat. Limited resources. You do a fantastic job!!

Rawleigh, Joe, thanks, it’s also what I’m trying to do, keep the crew happy...when there’s no crew then keep myself happy!
Mark, the 28 has a big galley that lends itself to such...magnanimous (!) meals, lol !
I keep stuff in my freezer for weeks. I bring deli items from Athens. I buy the basics in the islands.

Yannis in the last couple pics what’s in the glass that looks like Alka-Seltzer? Looks like good times!

Ozuo is funny like that. It clouds up when you add ice.
Re: Summer '19 survival skills
Alka-Seltzer aahahahaaha!!!
Ouzo glass, ouzo and 2-3 ice cubes, let sit for 30 seconds, it gets cloudy, then you drink it! Best when sunny, not after dusk.

Evidently you do not have anyone of Greek decent in Wisconsin and you never watched Kojak when you were younger.
