Racor filter element question

Post by Dug »

I’m paranoid. I need to change my fuel filter elements on my Racor 500’s and am curious what micron everyone is using. I will confirm what I have currently when I open them up but ideally I would like to have the replacement elements on hand at that point. I don’t remember!!!!! Argh! CRS disease is in full effect.

10? 30? :)

Thanks,

Dug

CAT in Miami told me 30 micron in Racor 900MA (2010-pm 30) if a cat guy reads this.

no CRS symtoms until you missed the correct exit on your way to work or going home. at least twenty years for that to take place.most likely to forget where you put your damm keys or the wrench you just had in your hand.BTW 30 microns is correct for primary 500 raccor.
