Tropic Star trip in August of 2019

Hi all!

There was a well subscribed effort to put together a trip to Tropic Star Lodge in August of next year (next summer)! If you have not seen it, activity has picked up in the thread.

We have some definite information and the time to make commitments is coming quickly. If we don't meet the minimum attendee quantity, we will not be able to take advantage of the 10% discount offered, but even more importantly, we will not see as many of each other as originally hoped for!!!!

This is the basic deal:

You will need to arrive in Panama by: August 2, 2019
Go to the lodge: August 3
Fish on: August 4 thru August 7
Depart the Lodge August 8 and fly home 5:00pm or later or
Fly Home August 9

Price: $4522.50 for the fishing, room, and board, plus $660 for round trip flights between Panama City and Pinas Bay. Airfare to and from Panama City is additional, as are tips. Also additional is one night in Panama city on the way in, and possibly one night on the way out.

50% deposits for the fishing plus 100% of the transfer will be due soon. That comes to $2,861.25

Personally, I cannot wait, and am excited that I will be joined by my brother and father. A trip for the ages in our family I hope!!!!
