Anyone have Coosa Scraps?

I need to replace some rot on the floor support below the main salon door floor.

1.5' x 2" x approximately 24"

I hate to buy a full sheet for this small project.

Or if anyone has a suggestion on a type of wood or other composite I could use that's will resist rot somewhat. This took about 50 years to rot...so I'm not against replacing it with wood either.

Steve, think about using starboard if u are only going to do the fastening mechanically, it’s machineable, structurally much tougher tha coosa as coosa comes without further processing. Both products are impervious from water absorption but coolant requires a lot of processing to come up with a finis product to meet the intende usage. I used 20 plus sheets of coosa, 1/4” 1/2” 3/4” and sizes up to 4x12’, it’s the harshest stuff I’ve ever worked with. It’s not strong until u apply layers of glass on it with epoxy, not polyester resin. I made the deck stringers, uprite supports out of coolant and did the processes I mentioned and mechanically fastened to the stringers as well as to the deck sections. Starboard is very strong and shinny white and easily cleanable of bilge yuk. Drill it, route it, counter sink the screw heads and never wear protective clothing. You just can glue,epoxy it to anything, nothing sticks! Plastic Kingdom in lake worth will fabricate what u need at reasons prices, tell Alec u know me.fyi

I'm in Lauderdale and have a full sheet (4'x8') of Starboard (As I remember 1") in grey that I had planned on using and did not.
It is uncut in my garage. I cant get to it until next weekend, but I would part with for a nice discount.
I'm near Commercial Blvd.
