Please help guys
"Goober" was kind enough to pass along an 8X8 fiberglass hardtop to me in hopes I can make it work on the 74 FBC I'm bringing home in a couple of weeks.
Can anyone with a hardtop on a FBC give me a general size description on what you have had made...I'm just looking for guidelines to plan on resizing.
I've done a good bit of FB work one my first 31...I just need to decide if I want to start from new, or take the time to refurbish.

Re: Please help guys
i purchased a half tower from a member here, but it had a canvas top. imo canvas is a pia.
i went ahead and formed/glassed a top that was about 2" wider than the railing the canvas tied to.
overall, it was just under 9 feet long, and just under 6 feet wide.
hope this helps...

Message me your email or post if you like. I will send you pictures of mine. I can't get dimensions as I am not close, hence my silence. But you can see pictures and maybe thats better than nothing?

Re: Please help guys
Will do Dug, that would be great...I've looked at several on the site here, and I've got specs on the 31 in general...so that would be a great help.

Re: Please help guys
FYI,
I have some computer models I made of the Hardtop on the Lightningshack. I'd be happy to get you any dimensions you need from these models.
