Hi all this is Lee from Florida. Been lurking here for a year or so. Finally bought a custom 25 sport convert. Total inboard 383 single velvet drive. Never had a Bertram and love it.

Welcome.
I noticed some pictures of a B25 on line several years ago converted to a pocket and direct inboard, is this the boat you purchased?

Welcome Lee. No better source of Bertram information than this forum. It has been over 10 years here for me and everything I learned was right here. Just ask......

No mine doesn't have pocket , requires a full 34 to 36 inches draft. New mercruiser 383,1.52 velvet drive, 4 blade prop . Engine sits where fuel tank was , fuel tank moved to rear. New stringers, all custom driveline. Boat unrestored cosmetically , but tons of money spent on repower, wiring , autopilot, etc. Title says 1964 has curved glass .

Check up the transom below deck area and up front in the bow area. On the larger boats Bertram glassed a label on the transom below deck and done times buried it under a v berth.
