Hey everybody I'm Sean and just wanted to say hi. Just joined up and I'm in the market for 31. Going to be searching the site in the next few days. Anyone have any info on the West Palm lady for sale? Is the prior rebuild on here?

Sean,
i saw that boat about 5 years ago in the "american custom yacht" yard in Stuart, fl.
Just did a google earth search, and it looks like she is still sitting there since the aerial was taken back in january of this year.
When i saw her back then, the teak cockpit deck was rotted really bad, and i'm guessing everything underneath it, is rotted too.

Ouch! Was the previous rebuild shown here?
Re: New member
Welcome aboard.
I do not recall hearing the name of that boat on this site at all.
Good luck on your hunt...

So just called the marina, and it's still there. Guy said what a shame, said it was absolutely gorgeous when it first came in. Guess it's been sitting there for a while.

saburke17,
The Palm Beach Lady was a 31 that was totally redone in Long Island back in the early 90's. It was owned by a guy that did golf cart paths for a living. The boat sat in South Florida Yachts yard in Riviera Beach for a long time, open to the elements and just rotted away over the years It had gassers when I last saw it in 2005. Bird bats and bugs living in it and full of mold Shame it was a nice boat.
