Wow - that's going to need a total going through -- sunk in a storm years ago and left to sit - not a project I want. Very knowledgeable yard - -"Inboard/Outboard" hunh?

Thanks for the post -- sad to see one get so rough, but if the right person has the time and the pocketbook - -it will be a battleship when done!

Nothing wrong with buying a hull as a project... But I think 5K is a bit on the high side for basically a shell...

The advantage is that you know that you have to do EVERYTHING so you can do it exactly the way you want to do it...

And you'd better have a "war-chest" of at least 75K... Engines, gears, electrics, electronics, interior... It's a BIG job...
