Does anyone know this 33 SF in FLL?
Wondering if anyone knows this boat and has anyone dealt with National Liquidators before? Just wondering if it is worth flying in to look at it.

Don't know the boat but have worked with NL and other repo and liquidating firms in the past.
Unless your getting a steal, do not believe any descriptions of the boat sight unseen and operating status out of the water.
Not a dig against any one in particular but during the 08,09 and 10 years I dealt with about 300 or so repos up to over 100'. 98% of them were completely misrepresented.
The main brokerage company I dealt with I used to ask which one of the blind brokers was listing the boats and that I had a number so he could get a seeing eye dog.
I felt bad for some of the people that bought boats without a survey.
The worst one was a 75' who's owner when he knew they would repo the boat closed both thru hulls and started the engines then locked and walked away from the boat. When they couldn't start it after taking possession, they had to towed to the marina where I did all the work on the repos. They called and said both starters were bad and to replace them because they had already sold the boat over seas and told the buyer the boat ran good.
I show up, starters fine. The clunking was both starters trying to turn two seized 100k engines. Oops.

Bruce thanks for the info.

I wouldn't mind going having a look for you and take a bunch of pics... As for coming down, you'd better spend the money on the survey...
NL will allow a bid that's subject to survey...

For some reason, I don't think the boat shown in the photos is the boat they are selling. They have the name blurred out. If that was the boat, they would not have to scramble the name.

Lady Barb is her name and was selling for $55k, registered in Jacksonville, FL.

I saw this boat at NL in October, we did not spend much time digging around but it did seem in quite good condition. No idea about the engine status or generator,
and as Bruce said dont go by what the repo people say.
I think it is definitely worth taking a look at if you are close.

Take Pete Fallon with you. He saved $105,000 for a friend that was about to buy a CABO from NL.
