Lauderdale residences

While at the show, John H. asked me about residences in Lauderdale.
There are nice garden apartment co-ops, midway between Hillsboro inlet and Port Everglades that are approx. $125k for a 1br/1.5bath or $200 for a 2/2.
Dock space is $1.50 ft. per month, gated community in Very Nice area, no fixed bridges to the inlet.

Another location has 3/2 condos in the $325 range. These are townhouse structures with a garage space and a deeded dock space for up to a 32' boat.
There is one fixed bridge, but there are several B31s on the inside, including Craig that has a Bahia with a small tower.
