Electronics fired up today all lights a go Engines in shafts and props next week….so hopefully soon!

Looks great Jimmy. I like those ramps for the engine mounts. You can reach nuts and bolts that fall under the engines!

Great job. I'd be curious as to what you're doing differently from Fighting Angel--another beautiful boat. I know the Cummins v. Yanmars, but little things to make her more livable or fishable.

Glad to see your are almost there. Having done a lot on my boat and not nearly as extensive, i really can't beleive how quickly you pulled the prject together. Nice job...you should be damn proud.

Lookin' good Jimmy.
I see from previous posts that you used coosa board for your hardtop.
What density did you use (B26, B20, N20, N15,....)?
Please advise.

I actually used Penske board (same) I think the weight was 24#, I do have one problem and haven't figured it out yet I have bubbles or blisters on the underside some as big as marbles some kind of gassing problem, i'm going to have to tare into it over the winter

Not a whole lot different I just beefed it up a bit with 3/4 bulkheads epoxy resigns and lots of coos instead of plywood. The biggest difference is I started from scratch everything out and rebuilt from the ground up instead of a little at a time between fishing seasons

Nice job, for a second I thought someone had stolen my boat,great memories of the project, I had some bubbling issues at first and attributed them to either rushing the process not allowing the degassing and not thoroughly prepping the epoxied areas to eliminate the amine blush, I tend to learn most of my boat building lessons the hard way, still put on 2coats of captain varnish per day, up to 6coats before sanding ,3coats of awlbrite per day, hate watching paint dry. Nice way u handled the exhaust transition,r they QSB ,s
