Split A/C unit replacement

My forward A/C compressor has finally died.
It is a split unit by CruisAir and it's the original from 1983. Painted Green.

Does anyone know what size unit that Bertram put in the 1983 model 38'?
i.e. What is the BTU replacement, and any recommendations on where to purchase it?
Have 2 registers, one for V Berth and other for port side bunk room.
