Yes, they were pressure tested and we found 3-4 small leaks on each tank, specially on the corners we re-welded those areas and re-tested again.

Tanks are done!!. Got to my friends house this morning at 9am and started to tack weld at 9:30. We worked non-stop until 6:30pm. Also used my new tig welder. I'll sand and paint them tomorrow.

Well, 4 out of the 6 batteries are dead. Went to re-route the fuel lines and when I touched them they were extremely hot so turned off the charger and all the selector switches. I'll replace the 6 of them but when I finish with the tanks. I knew this was coming as in January they will be 4 years old.

Painted the bilge where the tanks go. I had 1/4 gallon of gray bilgekote and 1/2 gallon of white bilgekote so mixed them and got a light gray. So went today to buy the aluminum sheets for the tanks,also bought 3 x 3 x 1/4" aluminum angle to make the frame for the floor.

Made this for the back bilge, its plastic wood. Used gypsum screws but the SS ones arrive on tuesday and will be replaced. Also tested the trim tabs and they work. Today the boat was completely wet sanded (not by me). I installed the frame on the hardtop and installed the Lumitec Orbit lights.

Filled all the pinholes, sanded everything and put 4 coats of paint. It looks fantastic. Then installed the spreader lights, anchor light and navigation lights. This weekend finished sanding the blending on the side of the hull, just need to polish it. Also received the new captain's chair so removed the slide from the old chair, disassembled it, sanded it and shot it with 545. I was able to install the rubrail today. It looks great!!! Also installed the steering piston. Tomorrow I'll put the oil and bleed the system. Another very productive day today. The glass tint installer was there at 9am and he installed 5% tint on all windows. I can finally say that the hardtop is almost done. The under side is in 545. I'm turning it around tomorrow, I need to do some small fairing on the edges and will prime it. Hardtop fairing continues. I'm about 80% done, ran out of fairing compound. Still need to do 3 out of the 4 corners and a 2' x 2' area. Hope to me primed in 545 next weekend.

Spent the day today straightening the hardtop edges. Placed a 1" x 2" aluminum square tube on top and one under along the edge and then put the bondo along the whole edge. Both sides, the front and one corner are done, also started fairing the spreader lights "house". 1-2 more weekends and it should...

Worked some more on the hard top, filled out every detail that was visible and shot high build primer, still have a few details to fill towards the edge so will continue tomorrow and will try to finish this side .

Spent all day fairing and sanding the top side of the hardtop and didn't finish. I've faired it 2 times and it needs 1 more, maybe 2. Also removed the plastic that was protecting the hull sides. Couple of pictures of the back glass, still waiting for the door one as it hasn't arrived. Also worked today on the hardtop. Sprayed 2 coats of paint, while the paint is wet, applied the sand on it but I used about 3 times what I needed to get perfect coverage, left it until the next day, blew off all the excess sand and applied 2 more coats of paint, day after that one but before 24 hrs, applied 1 more coat of paint.

Didn't do much today as I'm dead tired but was able to start the "box" that goes under the hardtop for the spreader lights and also made a mixture of resin, cabosil and mat and filled out all the edge around the hardtop. Started the day by flipping the hardtop around, made the template with the pvc pipes, marked everything and cut the trenches, wired the pvc pipe, put the pipe back in the trench and put cabosil on top of it.
