finish paint, plumb exhaust, float, rig......sounds so easy.... whhat is a good source for silicone exhaust elbows? do they make a 90 to go from my 5 inch mixer to my 6 inch exhaust? or am I in for custom work? i have the mounts, need to order coupling (i assume from prop shop?).

when i say the mounts, i have the cummins mounts. we're a couple weeks away from building caps on stringers and building "towers" for engine mounts.

I understand my propellor shop will get the new shaft and cut the key and taper into it.

Can i get close enough on the length prior to getting the engines in place? or is there no way to speed up this process.

dang............ sawsall, grinder, a sledge, ,and 3 hours finally got all of the thru hulls out!! that is a solid hull!! I was second guessing myself the entire time until i got to the forward most water intake for the A/C.......the nut spun off the thru hull with one twist of a pipe wrench....the w...

bob - i thought you had your genset on portside? a mace? maybe that was someone elses? if you were to combine them all into 1 (expect engines) what size intake would you need to use? and would the best place to put it still be outboard of the stinger by the genset?

you mention head water intake.....forgot about that...must have another seacock hiding somewhere!

pair of rebuilt cummins 300's. maybe a nextgen 3.5kw...... it has a glasteck deck that is in good shape. just needs paint. Looking at adding a transom livewell also.
