Bruce, Monday I talked to the head of the Coast Guard's drug and alcohol test program about the self-test requirement for boat captains and crew. I have 12 valve, mechanical 6BTA's in the boat. Pete, when I bought my boat, the previous owner had it insured through Boatus, wanted me to take over his policy and pay him a pro-rated amount. I checked on something Capt. Randle told me about, and it was true.
