Looks interesting.. I suppose you can just drive it onto the beach and straight into the water? No slip or mooring needed.. park it in your driveway.. no problem in a flood. Lots of advantages!

I used my Fein Multitool with 120 grit paper for the props and struts.. for the shafts I used a long piece of sandpaper belt wrapped half way around them, then holding one end in each hand I just ran the paper back and forth.. a little dusty, but not a lot of work.

Seeing that you bought a "Pittsburg" gear puller kit from (most likely) Harbor Freight I would get a set of the bolts recommended above and use them in place of what you have in the kit. IMHO Pittsburg stuff is great for the price, but some of their stuff is made from cheaper materials.
