Re: Dry Bilge systems?
let me explain, the dry bilge system they sell is bullshit !!!!!!! it is a solid state time clock that turns on and off 12 times a day with a bilge pump that has a special pick up to be put right in the Vee of the bilge no rocket science here. as a engineer lets go with a mini water pressure pump --...

Re: Dry Bilge systems?
there's a better way of doing a dry bilge system for a little under $100. i installed recently a 3gph pump off a relay, controlled by a floor moisture sensor. all marine rated.the pump relocates any water from my isolated cabin bilge to the engine compartment bilge via a 3/8 hose."no additional hull...

very few times in life especially in the marine world do you " get your cake and eat it" this is the one time use Centek MINI MAX style it fits perfectly right aft of the fuel tank bulkhead (deepest portion of the hull ) between the stringer and the hull side . you get a muffler to reduce noise leve...

carl as i indicated ,if you put the tower thru the hull and go aground the rudder acting as a huge lever will rip that tower forward and put a 3" hole thru the bottom of the boat and number two the bearing you indicate (in dark green ) is delrin composite and definitely will not offer much protectio...
