cool air intake worth 12 to 14 hp at the "pins". basicly it allows you to pull back trottle to obtain the same speed better fuel economy or increase your cruise speed.when you combine with cool fuel you will have seat of the pants change.

i did not trim struct bearings ,the more support the better , that is what i was refering too. i use 24" outer and 29" inner tube.

Bertram puts on quite a show last year even the give away Tee- Shirts turn out to be those long sleeve pro fishing AFTCO type shirts with the new 61 on it very impressive-, no cavier but everything else ---------just saying!

you would really have to stand back and stare at first. i have a pretty good knowledge of wine and i was astounded by the wine that Bertram put out for the Bertram owners at the end of the dock. the food was equally as outstanding for finger food. then there the cruise on the 61 Bertram at 40 knots....

ok carl take out "the book" from the top ; if you have no waterflow to the PYI your FU-ked because the raw salt water pump hits the gearcooler first (were the take offs for the pyi come from" if you have no water to dripless the boat will overheat in less than two minutes!!!!!!

i think pete and i are "birds of a feather" EXACTLY what pete said. o maintenance 15 years and largest single performace modification to hull . at least about 1/2 knot at speeds over 25 knots.whats not to like!!!!!!!

main bulkhead is 3/4" plus white ugly formica facing that will be remove and replaced with one piece white fiberglass , an new product made in 4'x 12' and the cabin doorway has built up door jams of mahogany. Tony i cannot stress the importants of a 1 1/2" door rather than OEM. 1 1/4".
