I have not been around for a while but I will buck up and send Captain Patrick a donation for keeping this site available. I sold my B26 years a go but I know one day I will have a B31 or larger.

Uncle Vic, Two weeks ago, I got a new mower deck for my little diesel tractor. I sprayed the whole thing top and bottom with C/X Heavy Duty and was thinking how you would be proud to see that I am still practicing what I learned from your threads on this board. I still enjoy my clears (especially th...

Hey guys! I'm sorry I missed this thread. My old B26 is now in Duluth MN area and the new owner just pulled the tank. Aparantly, that tank came out without removing the ladder or cutting the tank. He changed the Racor's when winterizing and saw strands of glass floating in the bottom. That was the l...

Faithful, Ok, while I am still waiting to sell my B26 so I can upgrade, I have a Grady White that I share with my father that I would like to update the electronics on. Harry, You can follow the link below to the page I put together when I overhauled her. Twin supercharged rotary engines that put out 210BHP each on standard octane fuel. I could have gone up to 240, but that would have required octane boosters and did not want to deal with that. It was a LONG proces...

All done for the winter
Hey guys, It's been a while since I have checked in. The B26 is all put away for the winter. I got to user her a total of 4 times this year. What a waste, but I guess I did save a lot of fuel dollars. The rotary engines are still running strong, although only about 80 hours total on them each. I hop...

Anyone know "Tobasco"?
On my way out of Broad Creek (Chesapeake), I saw what I believe to be a drop dead gorgeous B31 named Tobasco. She has a white top and red hull. You are correct on the function of the isolator. I purchased the isolators from consumer Marine. You need to know what the output of your alternators are to size them correctly.
