Re: Inside my 31 Fuel tank.
some one talk me here to clean it using a good degreaser and at the same time introducing an air compressor hose through the buffle openings inside the tank and let the bubles help to remove the dirt. if you tie a small stick to the hose will give you some play.
hope it helps......

Re: Sea Water intrusion in Side Pockets under Dinette Table
I remember to see at the time of my new rub rail installation a gap without fiberglass in each side of the boat hull deck joint, in the closet behind the electric panel and in the port side closet too.
plug the hose there,
good luck!!

I restore it by: sand blast, weld, wash acid and awlgrip paint, now it's time to get it back in place. I am thinking on using dolfinite between the three frames (at the joints) and sikaflex with primer on the top and below the frames, to bed it in place, plus the screws. I have only a can of dolfini...

GIBCO FLEX MOLD
Does anyone know the cost of the flex mold to rebuilt the engine box?.
The dealer in Europe ask 240 Euros (370$) for a square meter (4ft).
Anyone try this?
Thanks in advance.

Engine covers
I removed the plywood and foam core from my engine covers (1975 fbc).
I am going to use klegecell as a new foam core.
In terms of engine heat should I use polyester resin or can I go with epoxy?.
Thanks.

Dismantle front frames
Hi, I took apart the front window frames to weld and paint, now I have to dismantle the three sections that were together 32 years (5200).
How to do it? and thinking about lasting, paint or powder coat?
Thanks in advance.
