I have found that if you can get a replacement in the Autolite brand, they seem to have the least amount of problems. The small engine champion plugs quit quite often. NGK plugs are good also.

Anything lower than 3900 heavy loaded is a no go.

3950 to 4k is okay when lite loaded.

Looks like your prop guy added to much pitch. Take 1/2" out. Should gain 100 rpm and bring you to 3950 which is ideal.
