Not a problem. Just Pulled Zero Cavity out today and loaded on a trailer with a 22,000lb fork lift.

Because of the dead rise and props the best place to lift a 31 is all the way out to the sides. Plus no one mounts a transducer out that far.

Heavy stainless blade, great grind, comfortable handle, 32 bucks.

Used it over the weekend for everything from prying to cutting.

Depends on the make of the spin on's. Some have a vent screw on the housing.
Some have dual in and outs. Use the second out and put a valve you can open and vent air till you get fuel.

Not knowing what exactly you have is difficult in figuring out how to bleed.

Just a note to say the Q tabs work really well on the 31 and look good compacted against the transom vs the way standard planes stick out the back.

Unfortunately you will not be able to use the excuse that the tabs cut the line and my fish got away.
